📍Sem Sælands vei 5, 7034 Trondheim

Entering FRAM resembles a feeling of walking into a Facebook or Google office. Here you’ll find an energetic, fun and creative environment with objects like a ping pong table, floor-to-ceiling chalkboards and colorful hanging decorations. Opened in 2015, FRAM is a hub that aims to connect students, as well as provide a venue for startups to test prototypes with early adopters.

📍Brattørgata 8, 7010 Trondheim

Characterized by its calm atmosphere, white wooden walls and plush sofas that give the impression of a reading room, Sosiologisk Poliklinikk cultivates a relaxed environment for its members. But don't be fooled by its appearance - this is no laissez-faire establishment. Inside its walls is a vibrant room full of entrepreneurs busy conducting research and finding solutions to the city's biggest social challenges. Launched in 2014, the space aims to promote sociology as a course of action to improve society at large.

📍Munkegata 58, 7011 Trondheim

Work-Work opened its doors in 2015 with a goal of supporting companies that bring the excitement and skill-building of gaming, edtech and entertainment technology to a greater stage. Here you’ll find a range of services that include flexible desks, full-time working desks, a beta-testing lab and a meeting room. There’s also a video-game themed bar where coworkers can share their ideas and test their latest creations, as well as participate in events and meetups.

📍Prinsens gate 44, 7011 Trondheim

A festival of rooms? A playground of creativity? A cultural center? ISAK Culture is all three, and yet nothing can be said that matches its true essence. Home to slightly younger members, most initiatives and decisions are made by volunteers, ranging from school to college students. The facility houses a café, meeting rooms, offices, recording studios, a dance studio, a paint studio, multiple music and media production rooms and performance spaces, a movie theater and a production theater.

📍Richard Birkelandsvei 2B, 7491 Trondheim

While TrollLABS is primarily a research facility at the NTNU, it opens its doors for guests involved in interesting fields, or working on temporary projects. This space is home to projects that range from prototyping, production engineering, fatigue testing, composites and much more. Its collaborators have access not only to world class equipment, but also the networks and order requests of local maritime, cybernetics and informatics groups to capitalize on.

📍Richard Birkelandsvei 2B, 7491 Trondheim

Established in the summer of 2000, Gløshaugen Innovation Center is the oldest Trondheim incubator, dedicated to R&D-based entrepreneurship. The space has twenty-eight offices, three meeting rooms, and the university (NTNU) is close by. Aiming to help cultivate promising Norwegian startups, the center offers its members access to professional and investment networks, regular strategy and developmental programs.

📍Ormen Langes vei 12, 7041 Trondheim

Opened in 2016, Jungelen’s founder, Magnus Holder Bjørk had a vision to create an ‘atelier’ where he and other creatives could experiment. Here you’ll find a creative group of designers, web developers, graphic illustrators, printmakers and photographers. Besides the standard coworking facilities, here the members are given the liberty of customizing their space for multiple purposes: painting the floors, utilizing the ceilings, or anything in between.

📍Olav Tryggvasons gate 30, 7011 Trondheim

Located in one of Trondheim’s busiest streets, you’ll find an architecturally pimped-out startup hub stretching across three floors. DIGS acts as a haven for entrepreneurship and collaboration, offering access to global networks, unique expert mentorship and investor services through their LaunchPad service for startups. Among the offerings is a well-equipped makerspace, artist studio, freshly minted pizza bar and a cafe serving up local roasts.

📍Industriveien 5, 7080 Heimdal

Established in 2014 by experienced investment and business partners, Startup:You builds a comprehensive community for those in its network and provides strong entrepreneurial support. The coworking space not only provides offices, but also invests in startups, offering consultations for those welcomed into their space.

📍Kolbjørn Hejes Vei 2B, 7491 Trondheim

NTNU Department of Product Design (IPD) is home and thinkubator to staff and students pursuing courses in higher education related to design disciplines. IPD is a family of its own, with over 250 alumni that actively participate in the community. Visitors are more than welcome, as students and alumni work to educate and integrate designers into all types of industry bratches. The space also houses a student-based design consultancy for existing startups: Designhjelpen.
